Wealthen ("we", "us", or "our") is a financial wellness platform that helps you understand your spending and manage your finances. We do not connect to your bank accounts. All financial data is imported by you via CSV file upload. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

- Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register or sign in with Google.
- Financial data you upload: transaction records from CSV files you import. This data is stored securely and associated with your account.
- Subscription information: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, used solely to improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Wealthen service.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (e.g. alerts you configure, receipts).
- To improve and debug the platform.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Wealthen:
- Google OAuth — for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe — for payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — for hosting and infrastructure.
- Resend — for transactional email delivery.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and uploaded financial data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
