Terms of Service — Wealthen

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wealthen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wealthen is a personal finance tool that allows you to import bank transaction data via CSV file upload, track spending, manage budgets, and monitor financial health. Wealthen does not connect to bank accounts or store payment credentials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wealthen. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at richardstrain@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Wealthen offers Free, Basic ($2/mo), and Premium ($7/mo) plans.
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of any financial data you upload to Wealthen. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Upload malicious files or interfere with the Service's operation.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wealthen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service is a personal finance tool and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
